Purchase information

Where is it shipped?
We have several warehouses in Poland and strive to achieve a shorter delivery time. Normally, you will receive your packages within 4-7 business days. If your shipping address is in Germany, based on our experience, you can expect to receive your package within 3-6 business days.
How soon will I receive the battery after ordering?
We will arrange for the shipment of your order on the next business day after you place it. Generally, most of our packages are shipped from the warehouse in Poland. If you are located in DE or AT, you can expect to receive your package within 3-6 business days. If your address is in the EU, you usually receive your package within 4-7 business days.
How do returns work?
The customer can return a product up to 30 days after receipt and apply for a refund. Please keep the invoice or receipt. We will notify you once we have received and checked your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, the customer will be automatically refunded within 3 business days on the original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
How can I track my order?
We will arrange for the delivery of your order on the next business day after you place it, and an email with shipping notification from the carrier and tracking number will be automatically sent to you. You can then track your order according to the tracking information in the email.

I received the package but cannot find my items, what should I do?
If you have received the package but cannot find the product, you can contact us at any time. We will do our best to assist you in locating the item. Contact us atsale@noeifevo.de.
If my package is damaged or defective, what should I do?
If you have received a damaged or defective package, please contact us immediately at sale@noeifevo.de and send us a photo of the damaged package and product. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible and find an appropriate solution for you, including refund or exchange.
