Return Guarantee
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. After sending us an email to request a return, we will respond within 24 hours.
To receive a return, your article must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
The sender pays the shipping costs if the reason for the return was our error.
Examples of such cases may include:
The item arrived defective and cannot be paired with a replacement part.
We shipped the wrong item.
We sent it to the wrong address.
We have shipped a duplicate order.
Items that were disturbed during the 30-day warranty period. (The customer should install and operate the item according to the product manual instructions properly.)
IMPORTANT
For items that are damaged or defective, the customer must provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item is damaged or malfunctioning. If a customer refuses or does not provide videos or photos of a claimed, defective/damaged item, this return will be treated as a "buyer's remorse" and the customer is solely responsible for shipping.
If a customer claims an item is defective/broken, the customer must provide proof without exception before returning it.
If the return request for a damaged/itemized article with simple components and support can be resolved, we can offer the option of free replacement parts and advice on repairing your item if the customer finds this to be a simpler solution. You don't need to send back a large cumbersome object.
Once we have received the approved returned item, we will check its condition. If it is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within 3 working days. If

In case of returns due to customer errors, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be paid by them. The fees vary by region.
Noeifevo provides pre-paid return shipping labels to customers, and the costs for returning products are deducted from the refund.
It is important to note that every order with special shipping costs will be subject to a deduction of our actual initial costs.
After the 30-day period, customers may use the Noeifevo Warranty Policy for Repairs if the item is faulty or defective. More information can be found in the Noeifevo -Warranty Policy.

For returns to the EU in Poland, please contact the Noeifevo customer service via email (sale@noeifevo.de) to obtain the shipper address.
Right of Return
The customer can return or exchange a product within 30 days from the time of purchase. Please keep the receipt or invoice.
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If it has been approved, the customer will be automatically refunded within 3 business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
A return can be requested for a refund if any of the following conditions are met:
Order Cancellation
noeifevo generally ships your orders within 1-2 working days. To cancel an order, please contact noeifevo as soon as possible to cancel the order; if the products are not shipped, the customer will receive a refund within 12 hours.
If the product has already been shipped for the order, we will process the payment refund after 3 working days upon receipt of the returned product.
