Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in Noeifevo - Batteries products and services. We strive to produce the most reliable batteries on the planet. If you encounter a problem with one of our batteries, we have developed a simple warranty guideline to address the issue.

We offer a warranty for poor performance of products if they are used correctly according to the product manual instructions.

Please read through the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery properly in accordance with the manual’s instructions.


N100, N200, D4870 have a five-year limited warranty
This warranty is valid only for the original owner and becomes invalid if the product is used commercially, structurally altered, subjected to loads beyond the physical limits of the materials used in or within the body or components, or damaged due to abnormal use. Punctures and normal wear are not covered.

Not transferable
This limited warranty is for the original product purchaser only and cannot be transferred to another person or organization. Please contact the point of purchase regarding any warranty claims.

Warranty claim procedure
If our product does not function properly, we will assist the consumer in completing all battery tests. Both parties confirm that the product has quality issues. After receiving the faulty battery back at our EU warehouse using the prepaid label we have prepared, we will send a new battery replacement to you.
From the date of purchase and within 6 months, if our products experience quality issues and do not function properly, we offer replacement or refund services. Within 7 months from the date of purchase until the end of the warranty period, if our products have quality issues and do not function properly, we offer exchange services.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
This warranty is only valid for the original buyer. If the product is transferred or resold to another party, the original buyer must assert the warranty. Original order information will be required for the warranty claim.
All products returned for a valid warranty service will be shipped at our expense and risk. Customers are responsible for returning the products to the specified location by the stated time.

Warranty Exclusions
The manufacturer has no obligation under this limited warranty for products that are exposed to the following conditions (including but not limited to):
Damage from improper installation; loose terminal connections, undersize changes, incorrect connections (series and parallel) for the desired voltage and AH requirements or reversed polarity connections.
Environmental damage: improper storage conditions as defined by the manufacturer; exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, fire or freezing or water damage.
Damage caused by collision.
Damage from improper maintenance, under or through the product, dirty terminal connections.
Product that has been opened, modified, or manipulated.
Product used for other applications than those designed and intended, including repeated motor starts.
Product used on an oversized charger/charging device without the use of a manufacturer-approved current-limiting device.
Product undersized for the application, including an air conditioning unit or similar device with a locked rotor start current that is not used in conjunction with a manufacturer-approved track restriction device.
Product stored contrary to the manufacturer's storage guidelines, including storing the product at reduced rates.
This limited warranty does not cover a product that has reached its normal end of life due to usage prior to the warranty period. A battery can only deliver a certain amount of energy over its lifespan, which varies depending on the application and time periods. The manufacturer reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if the product is determined to be at its normal end of life during inspection, even within the warranty period.
