F1: The maximum charging current cannot be achieved?
A1: To protect the battery, the system automatically recognizes the battery voltage and selects the most suitable current for charging the battery. If the battery voltage is low (for example, if the voltage of a 36V battery is less than 30V), the system will automatically charge the battery with the maximum current. (3 gears can set the charging current, high current, and fast charging)

F2: Is the LifePO4 battery not fully charged?
A2: When the battery is fully charged, it has a voltage reduction function that reduces the charge by about 1 V. This is normal. After continuous charging, a small amount of current is added.
