Our goods can be shipped to the European Union and other important countries.

Shipping option
Our goods are stored in two different warehouses, one of which is located in the European Union (Poland) and the other in China. Different products can be shipped from different warehouses as specified on the product page. You can also contact us for confirmation.

Shipping method: DPD/DHL/Deutsche Post (Warehouse in Poland), EU Transport Line (Chinese Warehouse).

Delivery time
The timeframe for delivery of the order is divided into two parts:
Working hours and shipping time: Monday to Friday.
Editing time:1-3 working days
Shipment from the Polish warehouse
EU delivery time:4-7 business days
Germany Shipping time:3-7 business days
Shipment from Chinese warehouse
European Union:7-15 workdays
Other important countries:7-15 workdays

 

  • Our products are temporarily unavailable in these states: Armed Forces Europe
  • Delivery time and shipping time are provided for reference only.
  • All the days mentioned are working days.
  • If payment is delayed, the processing time will be extended.
    The shipping costs will be automatically charged at the cash register based on your delivery address.
  • The processing time for materials is extended during the action period.
  • Accelerated Service: If you need to receive your order as soon as possible due to random factors, you can send us an email (sale@noeifevo.de) to request an accelerated service. Depending on the situation, we will arrange for shipping several days in advance for you. This service is free of charge for you.

  • noeifevo pays for all tariffs. Our customers do not have to pay tariff fees. If customs duties are charged to you, please contact us for assistance or a refund.
  • We collect GST in accordance with the local guidelines of your shipping location, and you can see the details for your order. After completing your order, you do not need to pay GST to customs or local authorities. If you have any issues with GST or are charged by local authorities, please contact us for assistance or a refund.

 

Order Tracking:

After your order was successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details.

As soon as your article is delivered, you will receive an email notification containing your order number, express details, and shipping tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your order via the email.

Changes to your order, refund, commission update, etc., will also be communicated to you in real-time via email.

Wrong Address

If you provide a wrong and insufficient shipping address, you will have to pay the additional shipping costs. Please give us your correct shipping address.

Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. If you wish to change your shipping address, please send us an email at (sale(@noeifevo.de) within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address provided in your order information.

Note:

If there is a violence level that causes product damage during transport, please contact us immediately atsale@noeifevo.en, after you receive your package. And we hope to earn your understanding and patience under these circumstances.

Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you provided in the contact information on the checkout page or the email address associated with your account registration. If the email address you left is invalid or not in use, we are not responsible for any risks or losses incurred as a result.

If you change your mind halfway through, please do not reject the package solely on that basis. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation (sale@noeifevo.en), and we will handle the return shipment for you according to our Return/Refund Policy. We do not take the risk of loss or damage to the package resulting from your rejection.
