Warranty policy

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Noeifevo -Batteries. We strive to produce the most reliable batteries on the planet. If you have an issue with one of our batteries, we have developed a simple warranty guideline to address the problem.

We offer a warranty for poor product performance if they are used correctly according to the instructions in the product manual.

Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery according to the instructions in the manual.


N100, N200, and D4870 have a five-year limited warranty.
This warranty applies only to the original owner and is invalid if the product is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to loads beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components, or damaged due to abnormal use. Wear and tear are not covered.

Not translatable
This limited warranty is valid for the original product purchaser only and is not transferable to another person or organization. Please contact the point of purchase regarding a warranty claim.

Procedure for warranty claims
If our product normally does not function, the consumer helps us complete all battery tests. Both parties confirm that the product has quality issues. We send a new battery replacement after the faulty battery is returned to our EU warehouse via the prepaid label we have prepared.
Starting from the purchase date and within 6 months, we can offer replacement or refund services if our products have quality issues and do not function normally. From 7 months after the purchase date until the end of the warranty period, we can offer exchange services if our products have quality issues and do not function normally.

General conditions for warranty claims
This warranty applies only to the original buyer. If the customer resells or further distributes the product, the original buyer must assert the warranty. Original order information is required for the warranty.
All products returned for a valid warranty service will be shipped at our expense and risk. Customers must return the products to the specified location by the given date.

warranty exclusions
The manufacturer has no obligation under this limited warranty for products exposed to the following conditions (including but not limited to):
Damage due to improper installation; loose terminal connections, incorrect substrate size, wrong connections (serial and parallel) for the desired voltage and AH requirements or reversed polarity connections.
Environmental damage: inappropriate storage conditions according to the manufacturer; exposure to extremely hot or cold temperatures, fire, freezing, or water damage.
Damage caused by collision.
Damage due to improper maintenance, underneath or through the product, dirty terminal connections.
Product that was opened, modified, or manipulated.
Product used for other applications than intended and designed, including repeated motor starts.
Product used with an oversized charger/appliance without the use of a manufacturer-approved current-limiting device.
Product that was undersized for the application, including a HVAC system or similar device with a locked rotor starting current that is not used in conjunction with an authorized track restriction device.
Product that is not stored according to the manufacturer's storage guidelines, including storing the product at reduced rates.
This limited warranty does not cover a product that has reached its normal end of life due to use before the warranty period. A battery can only deliver a certain amount of energy over its lifespan, which varies depending on the application and may occur over different time periods. The manufacturer reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the product is determined to be at its normal end of life during inspection, even within the warranty period.
