The NOEIFEVO Q21W charger is equipped with the Tuya-App function, which allows you to monitor the charging progress at any time and from anywhere, avoiding overcharging. 1. Smart remote control: For the first use, both your smartphone and the NOEIFEVO Q21W charging device need to be connected to the same network (WIFI 2.4G / Bluetooth 4.2). After successful pairing, you can start using it. For subsequent uses, ensure that both the charging device and your smartphone are connected to the network. Regardless of your distance (even overseas), you can control the charging device in real-time.

2. Simple check of loaded data: You can control the charger at any time and from anywhere, whether to check the charging status, adjust the charging time, or stop the charging process. Simply open the app on your phone and conveniently manage your charging process.

3. Custom load settings: Using the app, you can program charging times for start and end, with a timeframe of 1 to 24 hours. This ensures that charging occurs during off-peak electricity rates, helping you reduce your electricity costs. You can also adjust the charging power as needed. Since the charge current cannot be directly adjusted during the charging process, you can stop the charge, change the current, and restart the charge—something not possible with conventional chargers.

4. Load history and data analysis: The app also offers a charging history, so you can check the charging times and amount charged with each use. This way, you always have a clear overview of your charging behavior and can efficiently organize your charging plans.

[Ultra-fast charging speed]
This portable 11 kW 3-phase charger is three times faster than conventional 230V chargers and easily charges your EV or PHEV without needing an electrician. Simply plug in the 380/400V CEE 16A 5-pin plug, and charging starts immediately. Most batteries are fully charged in 3 to 4 hours.

[Adjust load demand as needed]
Users can flexibly choose the charging power according to their needs. If a CEE16A 3-phase inlet socket is used, the charging power can be effectively adjusted by adapting the charge current.
Available power stages: 6A-16A, corresponding to charging powers from 3.5 kW to 11 kW (actual power may vary due to energy losses and deviation of power factor). If sufficient charging time is available, a lower power can be chosen to gently charge the battery; if faster charging is required, higher power can be selected. This flexible charging option not only meets different requirements but is also the best choice for extending battery life.

[LCD display, all charging information at a glance]
Our charging device features a display and control buttons. The LCD shows key charging information, including current charging power, voltage, time, and total current strength. A quick press of the button allows you to select the charging current ranging from 6A to 16A. Holding down the button takes you to the timing mode where you can set the start time for the charging process up to 24 hours in advance. With charging time selection, you can take advantage of off-peak rates at night.

Plug the charging device into a 380/400V CEE 16A 5-pole industrial socket, select the charge current, and connect the charging connector to the vehicle. Once the signal between the charging device and the car has been successfully synchronized, the charging process will start automatically. After the vehicle is fully charged, the charging process will stop automatically.

If you are traveling or your company does not offer a CEE16A three-phase socket, you do not need to worry. With a CEE16A-to-Schuko/socket adapter, you can easily use the charging device with a household socket (this adapter must be purchased separately).
