Return and refund policy

Thank you for choosing Noeifevo. We guarantee that all products are strictly tested by our quality inspector before delivery. If you have any questions after receiving the products, please contact us via email:sale@noeifevo.de.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After sending us an email to request a return, we will respond within 24 hours.

To get a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or sales slip when requesting a return.

1.noifevo pays for the return shipment out

noeifevo pays for the shipping if the reason for the return was our error.

The item arrived defective and cannot be set with a replacement part.

Articles that were disturbed during the 30-day performance period. (The customer should install and operate the article according to the product handbook instructions.)

WICHTIG

For items that are damaged or defective, the customer must provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item is damaged or non-functional. If a customer refuses or does not provide videos or photos of the allegedly defective/damaged item, this return will be treated as a "buyer's remorse" and the customer is solely responsible for shipping.

If a customer claims an item is defective/damaged, the customer must always provide proof before returning it.
If the return request for a damaged/broken item with simple parts and support can be resolved, we can provide the option for free replacement parts and repair advice for your item if the customer finds this the easier solution. You do not need to send back a large bulky object.
As soon as we have received the approved returned item, we will check its condition. If it is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within 3 working days.

2. the customer pays for return shipping


In the case of a return due to customer errors, the risk is the customer's responsibility and the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. The fees vary by region.

Noeifevo provides the customer with prepaid return shipping lists, and the shipping costs for returning the products are deducted from the refund.

It is important to note that every order with special shipping costs will be subject to a deduction of our actual out-of-pocket expenses.

After the period of 30 days, customers can use the Noeifevo Warranty Guidelines for Repairs if the item is defective or faulty. Further information can be found in the Noeifevo -warranty policy.

The return of the EU to Poland, please contact the Noeifevo customer service via email (sale@noeifevo.de) to obtain the sender address.

Return policy

The customer can return or replace a product within 30 days from the time of purchase. Please keep the receipt or sales invoice.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and you will know whether the refund has been approved or not. If it has been approved, the customer will be automatically refunded within 3 business days via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The return can be requested for a refund if one of the factor conditions is fulfilled:

  1. Within 30 days of receiving the goods, the customer determines that the product may have been damaged during the transaction and can deliver a damage class.
  2. Within 30 days of receiving the goods, the customer finds that the product is seriously inconsistent with the description of the original product in one or more important aspects.
  3. Within 30 days after the customer received the goods, it is determined that the product exhibits a performance defect that was not artificially damaged. The customer should support us in completing all battery tests, and both parties confirm that the product has quality issues.


Cancellation of the order

Noeifevo generally sends your orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, please contact noeifevo as soon as possible to cancel the order, and the customer will receive a refund within 12 hours if the products are not shipped.

If the product has been shipped for the order, we will refund the payment with three working days after the shipped product is returned.
