F1: The maximum charging current cannot be achieved?
A1: To protect the battery, the system automatically recognizes the battery voltage and selects the most suitable current for charging the battery. If the battery voltage is low (e.g., a 36-V battery has a voltage less than 30 V), the system charges the battery automatically with the maximum current. (3 gears can set the charge rate, high current, and fast charging)
F2: Is the LifePO4 battery not fully charged?
A2: When the battery is fully charged, it has a recall function that reduces the charge by about 1 V. This is normal. After continuous charging, a small current is added.
